Returns & Refunds Policy

Our Commitment

Every book in the Held series is printed on demand. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns for remorse or change of mind. What we can promise is that if something goes wrong, we will make it right.

Damaged or Defective Books

If your book arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 14 days of delivery at hello@xavierpublishing.com with the following:

  • A photo of the damage or defect
  • Your order number

We will send a replacement copy at no charge.

Lost Shipments

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery window, contact us and we will investigate and work with you to resolve it.

Refunds

We do not issue refunds on orders that have shipped. If a replacement is not possible, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Amazon Orders

Purchases made through Amazon are governed by Amazon’s return policy. Please initiate any request directly through your Amazon account.

Books.by Orders

For purchases made at books.by/xavier-publishing, contact us at hello@xavierpublishing.com and we will assist you.
