I have been using this text in my daily prayer life for over a month now, and I have found it to be quite helpful. The beauty of this particular prayer book (and hence the set) is threefold: 1) The the simplicity of the format is a blessing. The one-page-per-day structure is easy to commit to during the busy, workaday nature of life. 2) The Scripture quote and poignant reflections are both topical and easily relatable to the ups and downs of human life. After doing my morning routine, I find that my mind and heart instinctively return to the message several times per day (driving to and from work, during moments of pause, and before I retire to sleep. 3) The daily and weekly themes provide for practical reinforcement of my prayer time and the flexibility of the journal is a nice feature. In the end, my relationship with Jesus is noticeably stronger than it was a month ago, and both anxiety and fear do not overwhelm me as much as they once did.
